1st way:

Click "write a new post". A box will appear to enter text. Along the top of that box will be tabs. Go to the video tab a paste the information about the video in that section!

2nd way:

If your video isn't on the internet yet, click the icon to the left of the smiley face (looks like a film strip) above to browse your computer. Browse, insert and submit your entry.

Specifically, if you want to post a video from YouTube you need to paste the URL (next to the video) and not the Embed link using the "insert media" button in the forum posting box.

What do I type in the width and height boxes?  Will a quicktime MOV file work?  Thank you.

 I think you have to use you tube or other another hosted file. If you do, you can leave he size fields blank. You also have to hit "reply" not "quick reply".  Hope that helps!
