    1920’s costumes

So a group of friends and I go to a local bar called the “Safehouse”. It’s a fun place that is kinda 1920’s spy themed. Ever so often, we have a costumed get together where we take over one of the top floors and roam around in costumes.

So I need a costume, and I’m not sure if I want to do 1920’s gangster, spy, or maybe a flapper-esc  dress. I would love to hear what you guys think and what costume you think would work best.

Side note, I know Safehouse is actually a chain. Anyone else been to one?

I'd probably choose to be a gangster! Ocelotzgirl has this and likes it. The shoes are cute.  Don't know if it is 1920s or not though! :)

I like the flapper styles too...

I was thinking the Swingin Sista costume. I know Ocelotgirlz girl did a review on it, but I would like to see a photo of it on someone. I'm a little leery as it's on clearance.

Very cute.... and she does say it is one of her favorites... and she has a TON!  I am surprised she hasn't posted a pic... she usually does. Ask her!

I'm sure I did post piccies of me in the Swingin' Sista costume? Maybe the thread had been dead for awhile so it disappeared, that happens doesn't it? I'll post another piccie here when I get home. It is a really  good costume :)

That woudl rock. While I do think a gangster would be fun, I have never been a flapper!

OK here we go, sorry it's taken a few days to get the piccies up. This is the Large, which is the only size available at the moment I think.

Oh that is cute! I wish the silver went all the way around. Oh well, still looks like it is a blast to wear! Thank you ^_^

Thank you :) I do love that costume, especially the beads and the fringe at the bottom! :) And it comes with all the accessories.
