I received my order today for my Lock-Lace bodice. ( http://www.buycostumes.com/Lock-Lace-Bodice-Burgundy-Renaissance-Collection-Adult/27295/ProductDetail.aspx )

However when I tried it on I was surprised to find that it was pretty big on me. I had ordered a large, which was supposed to be waist size 34"-36".  I noticed that the tag said it was waist size 40"-44", which I knew is not what I ordered. I called customer service and explained what had happened, she immediately put in the order for my correct size with premium shipping, and then emailed me the return label that I could print to send back the other one. All I have to do is drop it off at a UPS location and the postage is paid already.

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get a replacement in time but she said that it should be here tomorrow.

I am SO HAPPY with this outcome! I was afraid I'd have to send the other one back and wait for them to get it before I'd get the replacement. But I should still have everything in time. =)

Hmm, it seems that they've put the new order in twice, I keep getting double emails about its status. Guess I will find out later today when it arrives.

Yes I agree totally! I ordered some shoes on saturday and they arrived the friday before halloween!! Yay All the way to Australia thats only 6 days!
