I've never seen it... but have heard of it.... I think it is what you are talking about..... a paper clip and a rubber band in an envelope that somehow makes a sound like a rattlesnake?

Another fun cookie (a.k.a. Biscuit) for Halloween is to take Nutter Butter cookies, dip them in white chocolate, and put mini chocolate chips for the eyes.   Always a big hit!

Those are great. I have done them many times. And also like to make Gruesome Green Toes out of the nutter butter cookies...

Yes, the "rattlesnake eggs" are just a washer suspended by a rubber band  on a wire.  it "rattles" when you go to open the envelope.  Fun idea for the halloween treat bags, huh?

Yes I agree and chocolate too. Oh I see you are from Florida. I went there once about 6 years ago and just loved it! It reminds me of Australia so nice and warm and beachy!

Florida here too.  Love it here, but I would really love to see Australia.  I had a friend visit once from Australia and I loved her accent!!!!  Aside from that, it just seems like a gorgeous place...  one of these days i will get there!

Yes you just might so look me up! Although Sydney is the most popular place along with the Great Barrier reef and the Gold Coast. I am a long way from them in South Australia. I am a little biased  as I think it is a great place to live, great climate (like florida) and it is a very safe place (of course there is the normal idiots around) But here if there is ONE murder it make headlines for days! some countries have hundred and hundreds! We are a very relaxed casual type of country. probably because of the weather.

Funny you say that, when we were there everyone loved my accent too!

I must say i loved the USA,.. we especially loved Miami even though we only spent 5 days there.
