Well, it will be the end of June before we know it! I can not believe half the year is gone!

Yes, the month is now half over.  It's already summer (well actually in a few days) and the weather hasn't been very warm here I live (in California).

And today another person at work opened a ceramic pumpkin.  The Halloween stuff might just be arriving even sooner.  Just didn't see any Department 47 (Seasonal) items come in yet.

Wow. Let us know when you see the first things coming in and what they are.

What is the temps in your neck of California right now?

I'm keeping an eye on every new costume that grabbed my attention. They always go out of stock so fast!

We got some dinnerware that looks like Thanksgiving/harvest and it's already been put out.  Strange that something like that (if that's what it's supposed to be) before the Halloween stuff.

It has yet to be very warm this month.  Had a few overcast days.

hmmm thanksgiving before Halloween stuff is odd.

We have been in the 80s all week. Also had a few storms. Next week is supposed to be hot with no rain.

We haven't had any rain for a couple of weeks now, thank God. I was getting sick of having to go to work in the wet! :-P

I know what you mean. I like being nice and safe inside while there's a thunderstorm going on outside - but I don't like having to go out in it!

When I was a kid and we were having a bad storm my mom would have us take our pillows and blankets and our stuffed animals to the basement.... then she would make popcorn and we'd have snacks and watch tv all cozy. I was never afraid. I do the same thing with my kids at times. I have tried to raise them to be cautious but not afraid.

Lol, that does sound cosy! It's been fine for awhile but it finally started raining again last night. I love being in bed listening to the sound of rain :)
