    Appetizers

I am planning on hosting an adult hallowe'en party and want to make some yummy, quick, and tasty appetizers to serve.  They must go well with alcohol, and can be sensual or fun in nature!  They can be hallowe'en themed, but don't have to be.  Anyone have any imparticular that they like to serve at parties that appear to be a hit???  Adult beverages and shots would also be helpful :)

Serpent Stromboli: Using pizza dough, stuff these snakes with sausage/cheese or pepperoni/cheese, make cuts in the top for the scales and eyes and use a pepperoni for the tongue. Bake according to pizza dough directions and have a "blood" pizza sauce on the side to dip the slices in. I had my guests cut off sections as they wanted. These go FAST...people love them.

These are always requested. You could do these many ways. If you wanted to not make them Halloween.... just don't cut the slits and eyes/mouth.  You could do them in a circle (ring) shape. You could also do smaller 'hot pocket' type personal strombolis.

I am having the same as you. I am serving chicken wings, sushi, mini pies, dips,  meat balls. and pinwheels which are minced meat , I use chicken, rolled in puff pastry and cut in slices forming a wheel shape. my guests love them.

Sounds great! The classics of a cocktail party, those will never fail to please the crowd.

I ran my mouth out off a bit too much, oh what did I say? You just laugh it off, it was all okay.  And we'll all float on okay...

    Blood Dip.

Ketchup makes a great mock blood dip, serve plain or spice it up with sweet chilli sauce or fresh chillis.
