    Money boa = Greed

    The fishnets and lacy garters = Lust

    Tiara (with black skull and purple and black tinsel) = Pride

    Green hair piece and green make up = Envy

    Bloody glove = Wrath

    Plastic food (squeaky dog toys) = Gluttony

    Bathrobe =  Sloth

    I like it, clearly some thought was put into it. Not just another cookie cutter costume.

    I agree. That's pretty clever. At first glance it was quite confusing but when you explained it, it totally made sense. Good job :)

    I ran my mouth out off a bit too much, oh what did I say? You just laugh it off, it was all okay.  And we'll all float on okay...

    And yes, most people I didn't know who saw it had no idea what it was supposed to be. I had fun explaining it, though.   Everyone noticed the money boa the most. One person saw the money and then the food and asked what the connection between the two was.   Some asked if I was  money tree, apparently not noticing the rest of the props.

    LOL, a money tree? You definitely don't look like a tree... hehehe

    I don't know why the person who said that thought so.  But I can understand why they and everyone else noticed the money boa so easily.  It was hard not to, being six feet long and made up of larger-than-real $100 bills made to look fluffy.

    It arrives in the package flat. Each bill must be fluffed out. It took several weeks for me to do get it fluffed out.  I'd ordered it in June last year to get a jump on it.  Every year this site and other costume sites say the money boa is sold out  after the Halloween season and early in the year.   It must be popular,  though no one who saw mine claimed to never have seen one before.

    I've got one too, but it only took me about 20-30 minutes to fluff mine out... but I guess it depends if you have a spare 30 minutes! lol

    I would hate having to continually explain the costume to everyone though!

    I ordered the boa months in advance before it would be sold out.  So I wasn't all that eager to get it fluffed out immediately.  Eventually it was fluffed out before October.
