To trick or treat or NOT to trick or treat?

Do you take your kids trick or treating or are you opposed to tric or treating?  I want to get everyone's opinion on this!!!  I had a little boy this year and was thinking aout taking him out trick or treating this year.  Not for the candy, but just to dress him up and take him out.

Trick Or Treat!!! Can't miss out on the fun and experience.

I ran my mouth out off a bit too much, oh what did I say? You just laugh it off, it was all okay.  And we'll all float on okay...

That's what I've been leaning on...it's kind of like a tradition.

Yeah, it's not fun if you break the tradition. Unless your son doesn't want to go out, I say yes to trotting out at night.

Yay! I hope you made up your mind. Last year, unfortunately, it was raining here during Halloween. If that happens, just stay inside. If it's cold, bring a jacket and probably go home early. Have fun!

Rain would totally spoil a big part of our party. We can't decorate the backyard with a lot of things if it is raining. We play our games and have the pinata outside. And we have a campfire with ham and bean soup cooking over the fire so people can stay warm and have a hot bite to eat.  A lot of the evening for some people is spent outside... so rain!!.... You better stay away from us! hahaha

Our next house... we really want a place like a barn or outbuilding where we can have our party. You would not have to worry so much about bad weather. I think decorating a barn would be fun! And the extra storage would be awesome!

Hahaha yeah a barn would be perfect for all of your Halloween items wouldn't it? It also gives out a spooky feeling too.... in the barn at night... or maybe it's only in movies lol. Hide in the hay stacks. Just kidding :P Yeah, rain totally ruined Halloween for everyone. It was raining the whole weekend. My friends and I ended up playing water flip cup in the dorms on Halloween night LOL but in costumes of course!

It's part of Halloween! I love taking my son out..its more for the experience then the candy. Plus, it gives you a chance to enjoy the holiday more as a kid would. We usually go early enough so that the adults can go have some fun also!

Yes, I think I will take my son out!  Hopefully it won't rain here either!  Never know with this crazy Texas weather!

Penguins are so cute! I actually would want to put mine, when I start having kids, in the yellow marshmallow peep costume that is available here on BuyCostumes. It's so adorable!
