    Appallingly Poor Customer Service

    I was appalled by the horrific customer service I experienced here.    I ordered a witch costume on 10/20, and the product was shipped to a previous address in another state!  As this was an address I no longer even remembered, it was impossible that I may have "accidentally" entered it into the system, which is what the lovely supervisor kept insisting on.  I was not refunded at the very least for the costume itself, nor did they offer to resend another one.  I will NEVER shop at this site again, and I will also recommend against shopping here to all my friends and family.

    Weird. How is it you think the shipping service even got your old address to begin with?

    Our Customer Service Manager should be contacting you soon.  Otherwise, feel free to contact me, Katie@buyseasons.com, with your full concern and we can get it straightend out.  I'm sure it was an honest mistake and we hope it never happens again! This is VERY RARE for our customer service team.

    It is strange as the old address must be on record or how would they even get it??
