"This is a really fantastic costume, but you definitely need to go a size up! I'm 5"11, 162lb and my measurements are Bust: 35.5, Waist: 29.5 and Hips: 38. I bought this costume for my boyfriend's sister to wear to a black-and-white themed party and we're the same dress size, therefore we both had exactly the same problem - it fit comfortably at the top but the part that passes over the hips was a little too tight and gaped a little because of the strain on the bottom-most button. Other than the fit, however, it's a really adorable costume. The tie is a little longer than pictured as other reviewers have stated but not TOO long. I bought the hat as well and it goes perfectly with the costume. The belt was really nice but because I had to do it so tight I had a lot of extra length sticking out and no way to keep it back, so I'll have to safety pin it or something. But you definitely can't wear the dress without it, it just doesn't look the same. Overall I definitely recommend this costume, but be very careful with the fit."
