"This costume looks good but is not true to size. I'm 5"11, 165lb and my measurements are Bust: 35.5, Waist: 29.5 and Hips: 38. I got the Medium, which I always get, and it was WAY too small. I couldn't even get it on to take a photo. Putting aside the size, however, it's a very cute costume. The hat is good quality and the boot toppers are very cute. The skirt doesn't seem to flare out as much as in the picture though, it's very narrow. Since I couldn't get it on I couldn't tell exactly how short it would be but judging by how far I got before I called it quits I would say it's very short. If you do want to have a crack at this costume I recommend going a size up, and be prepared for it to be short. Everything else is great though."

I would exchange it or trade for another one.

I never exchange the costumes I get because I'm collecting for a costume shop so even if the first size I buy doesn't fit me it will fit someone else.
