for me we always have a neighborhood parade that my family puts on and at eight o'clock every christmas eve our neighbors and friends pull out our floats and parade around the developments wishing everyone a happy Christmas, Hot Coco is always a must. lol so am i the only one who has a Christmas eve tradition??

We have the kid(s) unwrap one gift. (it is picked out special for them. It is always an ordiment for the tree. It is then placed on the tree.) We really don't do Christmas anymore Kids grown, Only one grandkid and she is with her father every Christmas eve and Christmas day until about 4

We make gingerbread men cookies (we use sugar cookie dough) and decorate them however we like... then we watch christmas movies while eating our cookies and drinking hot chocolate out of giant snowmen mugs.

Question???? Do are you watching Shrek while eating the gingerbread men???? Just wondering. Everytime I hear Gingerbread, I think of Shrek.

Never had any Christmas eve traditions. When I was little I always tried to convince my mom that we should go with the tradition of opening one gift on Christmas eve. It never worked. I just wanted to open presents. =(

lol  what kid wouldn't be happy opening a present at tad early? We have a family gift... usually a game of some sort... that we open on christmas eve. Last year it was one of those rubiks revolution electronic game cubes... my 2 year old is almost as good as I am! lol

i usually give out the family christmas pjs and we open 1 gift

I know! Its only 2 months away. Once Halloween is over I will be in full Thanksgiving and Christmas mode! lol

You get to open one present the night before.
